One love. One group. One mission.

earthdancers is a not-for-profit contemporary dance organization run by students under the guidance of artistic director Denise Vitali. For over 34 years, earthdancers has promoted environmental awareness and has raised funds through their annual benefit performances. These funds are used to support various environmental organizations. Since their formation in 1989, earthdancers has donated over $206 000 to their beneficiaries. 2023 marked their 30th annual benefit performance!

Friends of the Earth (Canada)

Friends of the Earth provides a voice for the environment, nationally and internationally, working with others to inspire the renewal of our communities and the Earth, through research, education, and advocacy. From their very first year, earthdancers has supported Friends of the Earth.
 

The Junction Creek Stewardship Committee

The Junction Creek Stewardship Committee is a dynamic organization focused on the restoration of a large urban waterway in the City of Greater Sudbury.

Vegetation Enhancement Technical Advisory Committee (VETAC)

Established in 1973, their mandate is to work towards the recovery of self-sustaining, indigenous terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems in Greater Sudbury through the City's Regreening Program.
